I can't say enough good things! Lynn Lowe, my salesperson, made it a very easy, pleasant experience. As a single mom going to buy a car on your own can cause great anxiety. However, I had a great experience at this dealership. I left in a brand new Highlander with all the options I wanted at a price I can afford. Two thumbs way up!!!

I had just had experiences with other dealerships that made me want to quit looking for a vehicle. I thought I would try one more and would change my approach. I called Toyota of Rockwall and instead of asking for a salesmans I asked to speak to the finance manager. I thought to myself that if they gave me a salesman instead I would simply hang up. I got the finance manager! She was amazing and nice. She set my mind at ease. She was able to help me understand what amounts were in my budget and even searched their inventory for a vehicle that fell within my budget. She told me to come in and see her and she would put me in touch with a salesman who would not pressure me or give me a hard time. She did in fact do that. The final paperwork was exactly what it should be, and in just over 3 hours I was in and out driving a new vehicle. They are a family owned dealership and the building is "green" which means a lot to me. I can not say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. PS...they are female friendly!

I just bought my first Toyota and I bought it at Rockwall Toyota. I have to say that I have never been so well treated at a dealership in my entire life! In fact, now that I think about it, the service was even better than what I get at many retail stores.....of any kind! The sales person who helped me, Charisse, was patient, sincere and most of all LISTENED to me and my needs to match me with the right car, with the right features, at the right price. I have NEVER had this type of service from a dealership......the closest match that I can think of to similar service is that which I would find dining at a fine restaurant. Really. I mean, the waiter/waitress makes sure that you are comfortable and brings you a drink, explains the menu, informs you of the special of the day, answers all your questions about any 'extras' or special things you need or want, then lets you make the best choice for yourself and then delivers exactly what you ordered without any surprises. I am 49 years old and have bought more than one car during my short lifetime so maybe I was prepared better than some for what I wanted and what I needed (2 different things). But this was a first for me : No hassles, no high-preassure sales, no games, no bull, no problems, no kidding. And I did meet Barbara, Jerry, and others and I can say that they all really seem to care about your satisfaction! If you are looking to buy, you owe it to yourself to at least go and experience this type of service and kick some tires here. At the very least, you'll come out with a free cup of coffee and a danish! Yea - like someone else mentioned already, they actually got a little snack/beverage bar setup at the FRONT of the store to welcome you when you walk in. It's like a mini St*rbucks without the wait in line.

I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Rockwall, and actually built quite the relationship with the owners Steve and Barbara as well as their management. I searched through most of the dealerships in the Metroplex and found that the car buying experience at this facility was absolutely one of a kind. Not only is the store beautifully built but its ran with a great deal of professionalism and some of the best customer service around. There is a great sense of teamwork and extra effort towards making the customer feel comfortable, I mean theres a full cafe as soon as you walk in, for goodness sake! Talk about going the extra mile for us! As for Steve, he may look a bit intimidating but simply have a discussion with him and you'll see how much of an involved CEO he really is with the daily operations in his store. Hope this review proves to be more helpful than Tim's (considering hes not even a customer) Thanks TOR!

I purchased a 2008 Sequoia from Toyota of Rockwall. I must say, it is one of the nicest dealerships I've ever stepped into. The people in there were extremely helpful and made the experience a good one. Dale was our sales associate and he really made it easy by doing all the leg work for us before we even got there. He had the car we wanted to look at, pulled around for us to drive. After we went over the vehicle and decide this was the car for us, he took us and introduced us to the finance person who would be handling the paperwork for us. She was very nice and realized that with 2 small children we wanted to get finished as quickly as possible. After everything was done, the vehicle was detailed, and we were on our way. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.
